central location breakfast options pool towels
the location was very central, near shops. the breakfast was good and had a lot of options, including gluten-free bread for me. the rooftop pool area was nice, it included good towels.

The hotel has a spa that requires an extra fee. there are two saunas and a small pool with jets. I found the water and air temperature to be quite warm. there is another small pool on the roof without heating.

I loved the free minibar. It included water, soft drinks, and beers. the staff were so kind. They even gave me an early check-in and upgraded my room (woo-hoo!). when i left my bags after checking out, they let me use a private shower before my trip home.
the breakfast area was a bit busy at later times, but nothing too crazy.

the rooftop pool area has comfortable sunbeds. the hotel offers convenient access to the city, as everywhere is within a half-hour walk. spa services are available (i wish i had more time to check them out!).

The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). i loved that the rooftop bar has nice views, good drinks, and food. the downstairs restaurant served delicious food. It was super convenient after a long day.

The hotel provides complimentary drinks in the fridge. I had two colas, two beers, and four bottles of water. The rooftop bar featured fantastic staff. The location was good, and I easily walked to the center. Taxis were also accessible if needed.

large room comfy bed free refreshments poor location run down area poor sound isolation
My room was large and clean. The bed had comfy sheets and pillows. I found the free perks nice with free daily refreshments in the mini bar. The safe was free to use.
The location was not as good as I thought it would be. The area seemed a little run down. Sound isolation in the rooms was poor. The room decor lacked color.

Excellent Hotel near the City Center
friendly staff daily service plentiful seating
I really appreciated the staff. They were friendly and helpful. My room was serviced daily. The gym was cleaned daily and included towels and water. The rooftop area had plentiful seating for drinks, dining, or sunbathing.
I noticed the hot food at the breakfast buffet was often cold. The food was left uncovered. The hotplate was barely warm.

Breakfast offered many choices including Mallorca specific items. If you book ahead, breakfast is 17 euros. The hotel has a very nice rooftop bar and dinner area.

The hotel is near the city center, only minutes on foot from many places. There were nice bars and restaurants frequented by locals nearby. The train station is 200 meters away for easy trips to other towns.

Staff members were helpful and friendly. I received assistance with early check in. Reception staff also provided help selecting a room I would like.
